Thank you for choosing to stay with us at The Wah-Zha-Zhi House. Below are our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. As our guests, by booking a reservation, you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.
TAXES
Oklahoma State Sales Tax 4.50%
Osage County Sales Tax 1.25%
Pawhuska City Sales Tax 4.00%
Osage County Lodging Tax 5.00%
Total Taxes per room per night 14.75%
GUARANTEE POLICY
Payment for the entire stay is required when making a reservation.
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is any time after 3 PM. Guests will be required to present a valid form of identification. The Wah-Zha-Zhi House reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests who do not follow or comply with these terms and conditions.
CHECKOUT
Checkout is at 11 AM. If you require a later checkout, please contact us by 5:00 PM the day prior to departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply.
CASH PAYMENT
If you choose to pay with cash, you will be required to pay the full amount of the room, including taxes and fees at the time of the reservation. Please call 918-971-8126 for instructions.
PET POLICIES
All pets are prohibited on property. A fine of $250.00 will be applied to the bill if a pet is discovered. “Service animals” are allowed with proper documentation.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
Housekeeping service is provided every third day for stays longer than five nights. Daily housekeeping service is available upon request for an additional fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be canceled 3 days prior to the check-in date. The full amount will be returned by check for all cancellations made 3 days prior to the check-in date. No refund for reservations canceled within 3 days of check-in. A cancellation is defined as a full cancellation, changing dates, shortened stay, wanting to move to a different unit or cancelling one unit in a multi unit stay. All cancellation policies are per unit rented.
SMOKING POLICIES
Smoking is prohibited in The Wah-Zha-Zhi House. All units and other areas within the buildings are “non-smoking” (a $250.00 fine will be applied for smoking in the building.) Smoking is allowed on back porches only.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Guests must be 21 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.
DAMAGE
We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room, building or grounds during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY
The Wah-Zha-Zhi House enforces a NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY to ensure we can protect the lodging facility and our guests at all times. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave immediately.
